As co-owner of Aquasonic, Lauren keeps the business thriving behind the scenes. With over 25 years of experience in administration and customer service, she handles everything from finances and business administration to supplier relationships and customer communications.
As a co-founder of Aquasonic, Lauren’s dedication to the business is woven into everything you see and experience. When you reach out to Aquasonic, you’re not dealing with a faceless business — you’re connecting with someone who genuinely cares and is always there to help.
We recently had our hot water system replaced, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Brett at Aquasonic Plumbing. From the initial communication through to the installation, everything was professional, efficient, and hassle-free.
Brett and Ollie arrived on time, explained the process clearly, completed the job to a high standard, and left the area clean and tidy. He even followed up with us the following day to ensure we were happy with everything and the HWU was working as it should. It’s refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about providing great customer service.
We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled plumber. Thanks again for making the whole experience so easy!
